336 ('the App') is built to respect your privacy. We collect minimal data and never sell or share your personal information.
Quit timestamp: When you tap 'I QUIT NOW,' your quit date and time are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly opt into cloud sync.
Reset history: If you reset your quit date, the trigger reason and optional note you provide are stored locally on your device.
Device identifier: We generate a random anonymous device identifier on first launch. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally and is used solely for aggregate analytics.
Analytics: We collect anonymous usage analytics including app opens, feature usage (breathing exercises, audio briefing plays), and purchase events. These analytics are associated with your anonymous device identifier and contain no personally identifiable information. Analytics data is sent to our servers (powered by Convex) to help us understand how users progress through their quit journey and improve the App.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, health data, contacts, or any other personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
Personal data (quit timestamp, reset history, settings) is stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the App.
The App uses Convex for anonymous analytics and optional cloud sync features. If enabled, your quit timestamp and progress data are transmitted securely to Convex servers. Convex's privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform.
The App offers two auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly and Annual), processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information; the platforms handle all billing under their own privacy policies. We receive only an anonymous transaction identifier and entitlement state, used to unlock paid features on your device. Subscription auto-renewal and trial eligibility are managed by Apple and Google; we do not have access to your account credentials, card details, or billing history. Existing one-time in-app purchases made before May 12, 2026 are honored as lifetime access with no further data exchange.
The App sends local push notifications based on your quit timeline. These are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers.
The App is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
336 (developed by Jupiter Spins) lets you delete all data at any time, directly from the app:
Step 1. Open the 336 app.
Step 2. Tap SET in the bottom navigation.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings.
Step 4. Tap DELETE ALL DATA and confirm.
What is deleted: all data tied to your device is permanently erased, including your quit timestamp, reset history, mission settings (delivery system, waking hours, weekly spend, briefing level), notification schedule, local purchase/entitlement cache, and your anonymous device-level record on our servers (including all telemetry events). A fresh anonymous identifier is generated if you continue using the app after deletion.
What is kept: nothing is retained about you after deletion. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics counts (e.g. total installs per day) may persist in aggregated form but cannot be traced back to you. Apple App Store and Google Play purchase records are held by Apple and Google under their own policies — contact them directly to manage those.
Retention period: server-side deletion completes within 30 days of your request. Local device data is erased immediately when you tap DELETE ALL DATA.
If you have already uninstalled the app: email support (at) quit336.com from any address and include any information that can help us identify your record (approximate install date, country, device model). We will purge the corresponding server record within 30 days of receiving your request.
