336 ("the App") is built to respect your privacy. We collect minimal data and never sell or share your personal information.
Quit timestamp: When you tap "I QUIT NOW," your quit date and time are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly opt into cloud sync.
Reset history: If you reset your quit date, the trigger reason and optional note you provide are stored locally on your device.
Analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which screens are viewed and app open frequency) to improve the App. These analytics contain no personally identifiable information.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, health data, contacts, or any other personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
All personal data (quit timestamp, reset history, settings) is stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the App.
The App may use Convex for optional cloud sync features. If enabled, your quit timestamp and progress data are transmitted securely to Convex servers. Convex's privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform.
The App sends local push notifications based on your quit timeline. These are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers.
The App is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
