336('앱')은 귀하의 개인정보를 존중하는 방식으로 설계되었습니다. 최소한의 데이터만 수집하며, 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
금연 타임스탬프: '지금 금연합니다'를 탭하면 금연 날짜와 시간이 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 귀하가 클라우드 동기화에 명시적으로 동의하지 않는 한 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
재설정 기록: 금연 날짜를 재설정하면, 입력한 계기 이유와 선택적 메모가 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다.
기기 식별자: 첫 실행 시 무작위 익명 기기 식별자가 생성됩니다. 이 식별자로는 귀하를 개인적으로 식별할 수 없으며, 오직 집계 분석을 위해서만 사용됩니다.
분석: 앱 실행 횟수, 기능 사용(호흡 운동, 오디오 브리핑 재생), 구매 이벤트를 포함한 익명 사용 분석 데이터를 수집합니다. 이 분석 데이터는 익명 기기 식별자와 연결되며 개인 식별 정보를 포함하지 않습니다. 분석 데이터는 사용자의 금연 여정 진행 상황을 파악하고 앱을 개선하기 위해 서버(Convex 기반)로 전송됩니다.
성명, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 위치, 건강 데이터, 연락처 또는 기타 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 추적기를 사용하거나 제3자에게 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.
개인 데이터(금연 타임스탬프, 재설정 기록, 설정)는 운영 체제의 보안 저장소를 사용하여 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 언제든지 이 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 익명 분석 및 선택적 클라우드 동기화 기능을 위해 Convex를 사용합니다. 활성화된 경우, 금연 타임스탬프 및 진행 데이터가 Convex 서버로 안전하게 전송됩니다. 해당 플랫폼에 저장된 데이터에는 Convex의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
앱은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리되는 선택적 일회성 인앱 구매를 제공합니다. 결제 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매 상태는 각 플랫폼의 API를 통해 확인됩니다.
앱은 귀하의 금연 타임라인을 기반으로 로컬 푸시 알림을 전송합니다. 이 알림은 전적으로 기기에서 생성되며 외부 서버와 관련이 없습니다.
앱은 17세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동으로부터 의도적으로 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 업데이트된 날짜와 함께 이 페이지에 게시됩니다.
336 (developed by Jupiter Spins) lets you delete all data at any time, directly from the app:
Step 1. Open the 336 app.
Step 2. Tap SET in the bottom navigation.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings.
Step 4. Tap DELETE ALL DATA and confirm.
What is deleted: all data tied to your device is permanently erased, including your quit timestamp, reset history, mission settings (delivery system, waking hours, weekly spend, briefing level), notification schedule, local purchase/entitlement cache, and your anonymous device-level record on our servers (including all telemetry events). A fresh anonymous identifier is generated if you continue using the app after deletion.
What is kept: nothing is retained about you after deletion. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics counts (e.g. total installs per day) may persist in aggregated form but cannot be traced back to you. Apple App Store and Google Play purchase records are held by Apple and Google under their own policies — contact them directly to manage those.
Retention period: server-side deletion completes within 30 days of your request. Local device data is erased immediately when you tap DELETE ALL DATA.
If you have already uninstalled the app: email support (at) quit336.com from any address and include any information that can help us identify your record (approximate install date, country, device model). We will purge the corresponding server record within 30 days of receiving your request.
